① It is suitable for twill weave. If plain weave, try to avoid the one{{0}}up and down structure. If SSY is used as the weft yarn, the warp yarn structure should be looser to facilitate elasticity. SSY weaving tension should be controlled below 0.9 fineness (Dtex). The tissue density takes into account fiber shrinkage.  

② Weaving should be carried out on a wide-width loom, a loom over 1900mm, and after shrinkage treatment, the width is 1500-1600mm.  

③ It should be pre-shaped before dyeing and finishing to make SSY shrink and show elastic characteristics. The basic practice is to boil the water for 15 minutes in a relaxed state, avoiding external force. 

④ Use disperse dyes for dyeing, the dyeing temperature is 115-125 degrees, the initial dyeing temperature and heating rate are slightly lower than PET, and the elasticity will be affected if the temperature is too high. 

⑤The setting treatment should avoid overstretching, the setting temperature should not exceed 170 degree , and the parameters such as fabric elasticity and hand feeling should be adjusted.   

⑥Because SSY has a hygroscopic and quick-drying functional structure, try to avoid water-repellent auxiliaries during textile finishing to retain its characteristics.  

⑦The new creping machine can make wrinkles at one time and increase the style of the fabric.

PWY: Geproduceerd door Huvis en Hangzhou Huvis uit Zuid-Korea, het behoort tot het DTY-type, alle PET, mechanische elasticiteit, het garen zelf is elastisch en herhaald uitrekken zal het elastische herstel verzwakken. Goedkoop, micro-bom.

PBT: Sommige klanten noemen het T300, dat wordt geproduceerd door Hangzhou Huvis, Jiangyin en Changzhou. Het is een soort polyester, wat anders is dan gewone PET-chips. In vergelijking met gewoon PET heeft PBT een lagere sterkte, grotere rek bij breuk en een lagere initiële modulus dan gewone polyestervezels, maar heeft het een uitstekende elasticiteit en uitstekende aanverfbaarheid en is het zachter dan PET.

T400: Two-component elastic fiber produced by DUPONT (DuPont) company PTT slices, INVISTA's brand is T400, South Korea's Huvis brand is ESS (or ESM), with high elasticity, good recovery, soft and waxy feel, It is the most successful elastic yarn developed in the past 5 years. Because of the domestic production, South Korea no longer produces conventional varieties, the domestic consumption is still very large, and the price has become very popular. 

SSY: A brand of full PET bi-component filament from South Korea's Huvis Company, with good elasticity, good recovery, smooth hand feeling and good drape. This product has been sold for more than 10 years, the price has stabilized, the market has improved again in the past two years, and it is selling very well in women's clothing fabrics. Fine denier varieties have also been successfully developed for knitting applications. South Korea's Huvis has recently launched a series of high F number SSY and high elastic HSY, as well as low shrinkage yarn FIS and other series, which are optimistic about the market outlook.

SPH/SPY: SSY of one-step spinning has slightly different feel and shrinkage from SSY, the price is cheaper, but the stability is poor.  

Due to the increasing demand for elastic fabrics in the fabric market in recent years, some properties of spandex fibers can no longer satisfy all customers, so more and more polyester factories have begun to develop polyester elastic fibers. Polyester elastic fibers have the advantages of acid resistance, alkali resistance, chemical resistance, good elastic recovery, not easy to age, simple processing, good dyeability and moderate elasticity.
